That’s why we built our wine list around a circle — quite literally. The vast majority of the wines you’ll find here come from places no more than 1,000 kilometres from our restaurant.

A thousand kilometres — sometimes a little further. That’s how far our thoughts travel when we open a bottle.

We choose honest wines. Wines that say: I am from here. I belong to someone. I have a purpose. Because the land that gives birth to wine is the same land that gives us our food, our conversations, our moments of wonder. From closeness we take not only flavour — we take meaning.
