For larger groups of our Guests, we serve dishes to the table* – just as it has long been done in Polish culinary tradition. Each dish is presented on beautiful plates and serving platters placed at the centre of the table, and Guests help themselves to whatever they’d like to try.

*In contemporary restaurant jargon this style of service is referred to as “sharing” – but not with us!
